I founded Meghan Norean LLC, designing learning experiences in personal and leadership development.
I have designed and delivered 55+ eLearning courses and 250+ live workshops, reaching thousands of individuals. I created and nurtured a supportive community over 4 years, offering coaching, mentoring, and educational resources to guide participants in enhancing their well-being and reaching their personal goals.
I co-founded Shomota, a business to bring menstrual health to underserved communities in Kolkata, India.
I developed and implemented engagement strategies that educated over 2000 women, girls, and menstuators across 50+ informal settlements and schools throughout West Bengal, India.
I moved to India with Servants to Asia's Urban Poor as a Community Development Consultant.
